With challenges around Coronavirus | COVID-19 , it is important that we take everyone's health and safety very seriously and due to the personal proximity while doing someone's Hair and Make-up, we have made the following precautionary measures regarding our services and clients:

IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD ARE SICK:

We request that if you or someone in your household is unwell and showing any flu like symptoms , please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

IF YOU OR ANYONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAS RECENTLY BEEN OVERSEAS TO AFFECTED AREAS:

If you or someone in your household has been overseas to an affected area within the last 14 - 30 days, please contact us to reschedule your appointment.

SKIN | HAIR CONDITIONS:

If you are currently dealing with contagious skin issues such as cold sores, conjunctivitis etc. please let us know before your appointment. This will help us plan any changes to your Hair and or Make-up application to protect you and other clients. Depending on the condition we may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment and if so a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

HAND WASHING:
.
This should be a regular practice but here is a friendly reminder regarding hand washing.
Washing your hands frequently with liquid soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub kills viruses that may be on your hands. Please wash your hands after bathroom use, after you cough or sneeze, before you eat and when you prepare food, after you handle animals, when you care for someone unwell, after using public transport/gym etc. This will help reduce the spread of germs and any contagious virus.

SAFE BUSINESS PRACTICE:

The safety of our staff & clients is first and foremost therefore we practice strict hygiene measures. We thoroughly wash and sanitise our hands before and after touching a client’s face and / or hair and at various times whilst applying make-up.
The brushes that our team use are thoroughly disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant & they are also sanitised with 80% Isopropyl Alcohol.
Mascara is applied with disposable mascara wands; other disposable tools are used when needed and powder, cream, liquid products are decanted using a spatula.

As per The Australian Government and The Department of Health's advice, we have registered our business as "COVID Safe" and have been provided with a unique check in QR code which is displayed at the front of our premise, have completed the Department of Health Infection Control Training - COVID-19 as well as implement a COVID-19 Safe Plan which will be presented at our studio location.
